Two Unknown males for Theft TJMaxx
Two unknown male suspects 1 possibly Filipino short with short dark hair and chin hair. Suspect 2 male possibly Asian stalky build wearing eyeglasses. Suspects left in what appears to be a silver sedan. On 6/29/22 1100 two unknown male suspects worked in concert , with one distracting an elderly female shopping in the Placerville TJ Maxx, while the second suspect stole the victim’s wallet from her purse that had been placed in a shopping cart. Suspect then used the stolen credit cards at Wal-Mart and Target in Placerville, both in close proximity, to buy gift cards. The male suspects actions appeared to be well rehearsed and practiced. At approximately 9 AM on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, Officers from the Rancho Cordova Police Department and Deputies from the Sacramento County Sheriff’s responded to the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, a Hindu temple, to the report of graffiti and property damage. Officers and Deputies arrived on scene and observed graffiti on the temple’s marquee signage and paved driveway on the temple property, with hateful messaging directed at Hindus. They also discovered water pipes near the building had been intentionally cut and severely damaged. Based on their investigation, the incident was classified as a hate crime. Detectives from the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Gang Suppression Unit, which investigates hate crimes in Sacramento County, responded to the scene and began their investigation. Allied State and Federal law enforcement agencies were also notified of the incident and will assist with the investigation. Detectives learned the vandalism was committed overnight, and a video of the incident was posted online on social media. The United States Postal Inspection Service is seeking information regarding a series of mail carrier robberies in Sacramento. The first robbery was on July 11, 2024, at approximately 11:20 a.m., at the community mailbox unit near 2638 Traction Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95815. The suspect fled by bike heading north on the Northern Sacramento Bike Trail. The second robbery was on July 31, 2024, at approximately 5:52 p.m., at the apartments at 2573 Rio Linda Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95815. The suspect fled by bike heading southwest on Rio Linda Blvd. Witnesses stated the suspect had a slender build, was between 5’11” and 6’1” tall, and was armed with a handgun carried in a shoulder bag strapped around his shoulder.

On October 14th, 2024 at approximately 2100 hours, the Sheriff’s Office responded to an armed subject call at a Walmart on Watt Avenue. After speaking with employees and witnesses, Deputies learned the suspect entered the business, selected merchandise which he placed into a shopping cart, and exited after passing all points of sale. The employees intervened to get the merchandise back and the suspect produced a fixed blade knife which he utilized to fend them off and get away with the goods.
