Wanted Suspects
Burglary/Vandalism - Garden Valley Elementary School
On 1/20/2026 the suspect damaged the electrical panel and attempted to steal heavy gauge copper wire. During the early morning hours, he enters Garden Valley and responds to the temporary lunch room/tent located on the playground black top. The suspect is wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a large distinctive smiley face. On 01/10/2026, the suspect accessed a fenced off area of the Garden Valley Elementary School grounds and stole lighting equipment and wiring connected to the HVAC systems. The suspect is a White male adult with buzzed blond hair, wearing a red “ECKO” Unlimited Hoodie, grey sweatpants, and black shoes. He was clean shaved with a pronounced nose. All picture appear to be the same suspect. He could be an unhoused person in the area. Wanted as of 01/23/2026

On 12/10/2025, Officers responded to Best Buy (2445 Iron Point Rd) regarding the theft of $30,000 worth of merchandise. Three suspects were seen entering the store at different times. One subject distracted employees while the other two entered into the warehouse area of the business, selected numerous items and staged them near the back of the store. One subject then exited and drove a black van or SUV around to the rear where all three subjects loaded the merchandise into the vehicle before fleeing.

RETAIL THEFT-Davis PD is investigating two thefts of a large quantity of personal care / make-up products from Nugget Groceries in Davis on 09/30/25.
Suspect #1 has been identified. Suspect #2 has not been identified. They likely travel from the Anaheim CA area to Northern California to commit thefts of personal care products from Nugget Groceries and CVS Pharmacies. The suspects have also conducted thefts in Vacaville and El Dorado Hills Nuggets. They have done CVS Pharmacies in Santa Cruz County. The suspects have arrived and left in a silver 2013 Volvo XC60, CA LIC #9UIB010. Information has shown that the vehicle was in Orange County, Yolo County, and Sacramento County in September and October. Another vehicle may be involved -Toyota Rav4, LIC #9SQH188.
