Male Black Adult, approximately 50 years old, 5'7" tall, gray facial hair and lives in a tent near 12th Street and North A. Rides a lime green bicycle, green bucket hat and a red lanyard around his neck. Subject #2- Alias "KD", Male Black Adult, appears to be in mid 30's, and lives under the I Street Bridge near Interstate 5, wearing a unique black backpack with white writing down the side. The firearm in this investigation has been recovered and these subjects just need to be questioned regarding the homicide. Wanted as of 09/12/2025

On June 11, 2025, an elderly woman was scammed while using an ATM at a bank in downtown Davis. After completing her transaction, she was approached by a man who is believed to have been pretending to wait in line. The man called her back to the ATM, claiming she had not finished her transaction, and offered to help. After observing her enter her PIN, he secretly took her ATM card and replaced it with another. Over the next two days, the suspect made several large withdrawals from the victim’s account.

On Friday, July 25th, 2025, through July 27th, 2025, 8351 Luzon Avenue (CAL EPIC) was burglarized multiple times. The suspects in the photos made entry into the building through a back door. The suspects took over $4,000 worth of power tools.
