The Sacramento County Regional Park Rangers are seeking the public's assistance in identifying the truck and occupant(s) of the vehicle in the photos. The truck was involved in an illegal dumping of commercial quantity in the Mather area of Sacramento County on February 10, 2025. The truck is described as a lighter color four-door pickup with side cargo doors along the rear bed and a painter’s roof rack over the cab. The truck appeared to possibly be a Ford F350 or similar. The rims appeared to be dark in color. There was a distinct company logo on the driver's door of the truck. The driver appeared to be male with short hair. The vehicle is listed as stolen. Morales could be fleeing to Mexico and detectives believe he was in the Sacramento, CA area on May 4, 2025 at about 1130 hours. It is not known if he is still in possession of the Honda Pilot or if he still is in the Sacramento area. Four (4) burglaries occurred at 7080 24th St (Fouad's Speed Wash) on the following dates:
12/5/2024 (SPD RPT #24-1812578), 12/30/2024 (SPD RPT #25-89696), 04/01/2025 (SPD RPT #25-89477) and 05/14/2025 (SPD RPT #25-120248). During each burglary, RAMIREZ is captured on surveillance footage using a possible screwdriver to break into the machines and remove quarters. When RAMIREZ breaks into the machines, she damages the hoses, lid/covers, coin acceptors, and soap dispensers. In total, RAMIREZ has caused more than $10,000 in damage during all of the above incidents. Goodspeed and his associates are known to have committed multiple cigarette takeaways, stealing the merchandise (eg cigarettes) the victim just purchased. Goodspeed reportedly has ties to Oakland. The suspects were involved in a theft located at Hobby Lobby in the City of Rocklin, and were reported to have worked in tandem in order to distract and take cash and a cell phone from the victim's purse while shopping. The above suspects have been affiliated with the theft of wallets that result in large fraudulent purchases all over Northern CA. Suspect vehicle is the pictured Toyota Sienna minivan with license plate 5DGC616. The minivan has a distinguishable rear driver window covered in plastic masked with tape. The vehicle may frequent Northern California and the Bay Area.

On 04/12/2025 at approximately 2210 hours a shooting occurred near K St and 3rd St, near the pedestrian tunnel, in the City of Sacramento (SPD RPT# 25-90972). Two groups of individuals, believed to be in their teens and early twenties, got into an argument and after a brief verbal exchange, subjects in the groups began shooting at each other. After a brief exchange of gunfire, the two groups dispersed and fled the scene. Several uninvolved individuals were struck by gunfire and required medical treatment at the hospital.
The two subjects are believed to be involved in the shooting and we are attempting to identify them. They are described as male Hispanic adults, in their teens, about 5'6" tall, average builds, with long dark hair. Police Searching for Murder Suspect and Missing Children:
The Sacramento Police Department is seeking the public’s help with locating Camron Lee (Date of Birth: 07/29/1985) who is wanted for murder related to the incident below. Missing Children: The Sacramento Police Department is seeking the public’s help with locating Athena Lee (Date of Birth: 07/26/2020 / 4 years old) and Mateo Lee (Date of Birth: 01/31/2022 / 3 years old) related to the incident below. On July 8, just before 7:30 p.m., Sacramento Police officers responded to the 3700 block of Didcot Cir for reports of a medical aid call. It was reported that a female adult was located inside of a residence, possibly deceased. The female was pronounced deceased on scene by fire personnel. Detectives from the Sacramento Police Department Homicide Unit responded to conduct a homicide investigation. Through the investigation, detectives were unable to locate the decedent's two children, 4-year-old Athena Lee and 3-year-old Mateo Lee, (both pictured below), as well as the children's father, Cameron Lee. On 3/8/25, a subject (adidas sweater) with a scooter popped open a locked door at the Campus Commons Golf Course.
On 3/9/25 at approximately 0315 hours the subject in the light jacket re-popped the lock and accessed the building. On 03/28/2025 (Friday) at about 6pm , an unknown suspect entered the Schools First Federal Credit Union on Laguna
Boulevard in Elk Grove. The suspect retrieved a dark-colored semi-automatic gun with an extended drum magazine and pointed it toward several bank employees before jumping the counter. The suspect then proceeded to open various teller drawers and took possession over $1,200.00 in cash., then jumped over the counter toward the bank's lobby and exited the business and fled northbound through the parking lot on a dark-colored sports bike similar to a Suzuki with no visible license plate. The suspect appeared to be a male of an unknown race, unknown height, medium build, wearing a black-colored Alpinestars motorcycle jacket, blue or gray, light-colored jeans, black-colored shoes, and a gray-colored full-face motorcycle helmet with a dark-colored visor.
