On October 5, 2019, at about 5:25 AM, the suspect drove his vehicle behind the Union 76 Gas Station on 43st Avenue and burglaries the business, taking thousands of dollars worth of tools from the garage area.

On 9/13/2019, Suspects and victims were at the Arden Fair Mall. The above subjects approached several
victims while demanding money. They did so as the victims were entering a vehicle. One of the female suspects
pulled a Deringer style firearm and pointed it at the victims

Robbery at Gunpoint, NCU4-5, SPD #19-329658, Crime Stoppers Tip #19-038
October 15, 2019

On October 19, 2019, at approximately 10:15 AM, two Black male adults entered the Boost Mobile on 24th Street. 
Suspect #1 approached the employee armed with a black handgun. Suspect#1 ordered the employee to give him cash. Suspect#1 took money in bag in the back as well as in register and two iPhones.  Suspect#2 held the entrance door closed and acted as a lookout. The suspects fled on foot toward Jacks Lane. Video surveillance captured the suspects arrive and flee in a red sedan.

Suspect #1 is described as a Black male adult in his early 20s, 6'1-6'2 tall, with a thin build.  He had a short afro, and was wearing a black hoodie with jewelry imprints all over, blue jeans, and black and white Jordans.

Suspect #2 is described as a Black male adult, approximately 18 years old,  5'7 tall, wearing a white sweatshirt with greyish hood and sleeves, red sweat
pants, and red and white Jordans.

Assault with a Deadly Weapon, SPD Night #19-299727, Crime Stoppers Tip #19-035

On September 14, 2019, at approximately 5:03 AM, Sacramento Police Department officers responded to a shooting near the 7Eleven at 2005 Marconi Avenue.   The victim was struck twice by gunfire coming from the vehicle pictured here.  Four 9mm shell casings were recovered at the scene. 
The vehicle was described as a blue sedan occupied by two Black male adults.  The vehicle appears to have five-spoke rims and a roof rack.  The suspect pictured here was seen entering the vehicle moments prior to the shooting.

Robbery, Assault, Crime Stoppers 19-034, SPD #19-310963
September 24, 2019

The Sacramento Police Department is currently seeking the public's help to identify the persons responsible for these crimes.
On September 23, 2019, four residents on Levering Way pulled into their driveway after returning home from dinner. As the residents exited their vehicle, they were approached by the two suspects. The suspects were each armed with black semi-automatic handguns. The suspects threw one victim to the ground, pistol whipped him twice in the face, and demanded his property. The suspects pointed their firearms at two other victims and took a purse, wallet, and two smart phones at gunpoint.
Neighborhood video shows the suspects fleeing and getting into a mid 2000's silver Chrysler 300. The right rear wheel has a custom five spoke rim and is different from the front rim. There is possibly a sizable dent in the passenger side door.
Suspect #1 is described as a Black male in his 30's, approximately 6'02" tall and weighing 200 pounds with short curly hair. He wore a grey hoodie.
Suspect #2 is described as a Black male in his 30's, approximately 5' 10" tall and weighing 250 pounds with long dreadlocks. He also wore a grey hoodie.

Bank Robbery Series, SPD #19-279262, Crime Stoppers Tip #19-033

The Sacramento Police Department is currently seeking the public’s help to identify the person responsible for these crimes.                              
In late August, 2019, the suspect robbed or attempted to rob 5 banks in the Sacramento area and 1 in Vacaville.  He typically hands a note to the teller, and on one occasion indicated he had a firearm.    Three of the Sacramento banks have been located on West El Camino Avenue, Arena Boulevard, and Truxel Road.
The suspect is described as a Black male adult in his 40’s to 50’s.  He is 5’ 08” to 6’ tall with a heavy build and has facial hair and beard.  He wore a short-sleeved blue shirt, blue jeans, a gray-colored beanie, and sunglasses.

Kidnapping, SPD #19-238927, Crime Stoppers Tip #19-032
August 20, 2019

On July 28, 2019 a kidnapping occurred at the John Sloat Elementary School located at 7525 Candlewood Way.  The 14-year-old male victim escaped after jumping out of the moving vehicle.  Two suspects have been arrested and the vehicle impounded. However, the third suspect is still outstanding and has not yet been identified. 
The suspect is described as a Black or Hispanic male adult with freckles on his face, 19 to 20 years of age, approximately 5'06" tall, muscular build, and possible goes by the name Bishop.  He wore a black Nike t-shirt, black basketball shorts with red on the sides, and blue tennis shoes.  Multiple firearms were used during this crime.

Commercial Burglary, SPD #19-100842, Crime Stoppers Tip #19-030

The Sacramento Police Department is currently seeking the public’s help to identify the person responsible for this crime.                                   
On April 3, 2019 a commercial burglary occurred at the Shell Station at 1599 West El Camino Ave.  There have been several similar commercial burglaries in this and other counties since the beginning of the year.  Prior to the burglary the suspects filled their vehicle up at a nearby gas station.  The vehicle is probably a 2014-2017 Infiniti QX50 with a red rear paper plate.  The vehicle did not have a front paper plate at this time. The person pictured above was seen exiting the front passenger seat.

Missing Person - CHANDRA TAYLOR SPD #17-305774
July 30, 2019

The Sacramento Sheriff’s Department is seeking assistance in locating a missing person.
CHANDRA TAYLOR was last seen on May 7, 2017, in Sacramento.  Authorities believe she is in the area around Reno or Elko, Nevada.  Her family believes she may have been kidnapped by sex traffickers.
TAYLOR is described as a White female, 30 years of age, born July 11, 1998.  She is 5’ 03” tall, 110 to 120 pounds, with freckles on her face. She has brown hair and blue eyes.  Her hair appears to be dyed blue, red, and blond in past photos.  She has also used the aliases Chandra Marie Freitas, Mariah Freitas, and Maria Taylor.

Fatal Hit and Run, SPD #19-210032, Crime Stoppers Tip 19-029
July 23, 2019

The Sacramento Police Department is seeking assistance in identifying the
person responsible for this crime and is looking for anyone who might have information on this hit and run.
On July 3, 2019, officers located a deceased male on the west side of Roseville Road just north of Connie Drive.  It was determined that the victim had been struck by a vehicle.  Based on a mirror piece located on scene, the above vehicle, a bronze 2006 Chevrolet Impala with California license 7LOY741, is of interest in this case. If located, it should have the following damage related to the collision: broken windshield, missing right side mirror, and contact damage to hood.
This vehicle has been seen in the North Sacramento and North Highlands area. Previous damage to the vehicle includes what appears to be a bullet hole in the trunk lid and a crease between the front passenger door and fender.
